What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key — Scale/Enterprise can use their own video provider App ID/Certificate; others use managed infra. Toggle in Admin → Settings → Video Provider (gated by plan allow_byok).
How does checkout work on mobile?
Flutter never embeds SDKs. Checkout opens Custom Tabs at /checkout/hosted/[token] with Razorpay Checkout.js / Stripe.js / PayPal JS SDK / PayU/PayTM web SDK, then deep links back g4connect://payment/success with poll + WS fallback.
Are AI credits shared?
No — per brand_ai_balances with ledger ai_credit_ledgers. Plan credits can roll over if plan rollover=true; pack credits never expire. Deducted per token via credit_multiplier.
