1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using G4 Connect (the "Service"), operated by Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP, registered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees as they become due.

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Multi-currency support is available and conversions are based on prevailing exchange rates.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways including Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and others.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
• Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• We may change our fees at any time with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new fees.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are pro-rated for unused service periods at our discretion.
• Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. A pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining unused months.
• AI credit packs and add-ons: Non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

• Our trademarks, logos, and brand features may not be used without prior written permission.
• You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without authorization.
• White-label customizations (logos, colors, domains) remain your branding assets; the underlying platform remains our intellectual property.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /pages/privacy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Limit of Liability

In no event shall Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, or if no agreement, by the competent court. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
• Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Nagpur.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
